DIY Kits will be shipped within three working days. 

 

If there is going to be a delay with your order for any reason, you will be informed of this by email.

For bespoke orders, timescales will be discussed when planning your macrame project.

 

DELIVERY COSTS

UK DELIVERY​

 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class.

 

Delivery is free on orders over £35. Postage costs £3.95 on all orders up to £35.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 

Orders to the EU and USA are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Orders to the rest of the world are sent via Royal Mail International Signed which is tracked until it leaves the UK.

​Please be aware that orders from outside the UK may incur taxes and customs fees. These are outside of Terracotta & Twine's control and the business is not responsible for these.

If you need an item fast-tracking, please get in touch by emailing hello@terracottaandtwine.com and I'll do my best to accommodate this. There may be an additional charge for doing so.

 

I do my best to ensure stock levels are kept up to date, however if something does run out before it's updated you will be informed by email as soon as possible to inform of the delay.
