Dispatch Timescales

Orders will be dispatched within the following times:

 

• Ready made Christmas baubles - within 3 working days

• All DIY Kits - within 5 working days

• Ready made large stars, keyrings, wristlets and bookmarks - within 5 working days

• Ready made coasters, mini wall hangings, plant hangers - within 10 working days

• Ready made wall hangings - within 15 working days (three weeks)

Patterns are not included above as this is not a physical product - it's a PDF Digital Download which you will receive instantly by email.

This business is run by one individual with health problems, so these timescales are to allow me enough time to make your order without pushing myself if I am unwell. Whilst you may receive your order sooner than these timescales, I'd rather not set your expectations higher than I'm able to meet.

Delivery Costs

UK Delivery​

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class. Delivery is free on orders over £50. Postage costs £3.95 on all orders up to £50.

​

International Delivery

​

Orders to the EU and USA are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Orders to the rest of the world are sent via Royal Mail International Signed which is tracked until it leaves the UK.

​

Please be aware that orders from outside the UK may incur taxes and customs fees. These are outside of Terracotta & Twine's control and the business is not responsible for these.

I do my best to ensure all items are in stock at all times, however if there is a problem with stock, this will be posted on the item listing and Instagram with notice of when to expect it back in stock.
