WHOLESALE TERMS

 

Upon receiving this order form, I will put together an invoice, including shipping, and email this over to you.

 

Payments must be made before orders are dispatched.

 

At present I can only offer my products to stockists in the UK.

DELIVERY

 

Orders can take up to three weeks to dispatch as I am a one-person business, though I will aim to get them out faster than this.

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight of the order and added to the invoice.

ORDER MINIMUMS

 

The minimum order amount is £150. This can be achieved however you wish - there are no minimums per product.

If you haven't met this minimum upon submitting the order form, I will send an email informing you of this. 

 

PAYMENT

 

Payments are to be made before orders are dispatched.

 

Payments can be sent via bank transfer (account details will be on the invoice) or Credit / Debit card.

 

Please note I am not VAT registered so no VAT will be added on the invoice.

RETURNS

 

Wholesale orders are final sale and returns cannot be accepted unless an item is faulty upon receipt.

 

Please report damages within 3 working days.
